the point i was making is to use some common sense, just because a video is on utube does not make it a source of false information. im sure their are crack heads that live in their parents basements making videos on utube, but their are also professors from accredited universities there as well, most universities even have utube channels. http://National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program
the above is a link to read about a congressional act passed through congress to put a cap on vaccine lawsuit compensation. its a real act of congress passed during the reagan years. i learned of it from a utube video.
