Galatians 4:9 - But now, after that ye have known God, or rather are known of God, how turn ye again to the weak and beggarly elements, whereunto ye desire again to be in bondage?

Romans 7:1-19 - For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh,) dwelleth no good thing: for to will is present with me; but how to perform that which is good I find not. For the good that I would do I do not: but the evil which I would not, that I do.

God hates sin, and as Christians so should we. But how many times do we find ourselves doing that what we know is wrong? It starts out simple, with a little excuse. Then there are more excuses. Then we have fallen so far that we do not need the excuses anymore. The whole time this is a fight between the flesh and the Holy Spirit. Yes, sometimes we seek forgiveness but then we fall back into that same sin and wonder why. The problem is: we sought forgiveness. How can that be a problem? If you only seek forgiveness, you have no reason to change. The only way to change from our sin is to seek repentance. Most people think repentance is a one-time thing. It is not. It is an ever needed thing in the life of a Christian. Repentance is forgiveness and you turning away from that sin. Yes, I admit, it will be hard. But if you focus on God and not the world, He will help you. People believe that what you watch and listen to doesn't affect you. That is a lie from Satan. What you allow in your life, is what you allow in your heart, and is what you allow to be your life. There is no way around it. If you truly examine your behavior when you watch or listen to worldly things compared to when you watch and listen to godly things, you will see a huge difference.
