Oh i should have read your other posts before asking that question..
You are a Grace + our works salvation preacher.. So believing Jesus and trusting in the Atonement of Jesus is not enough.. We have to keep up regular Works payments to keep ourselves saved.. Pretty much blows a gaping hole in your ""Free Gift of Salvation"" statement in the OP.. How is it free if you have to keep up the Works payments to keep it???
That's like me giving a Christmas present to someone but telling them they must pay me 10$ a month to keep that present and if they fail to pay up then i will take that gift off them..

Do not turn back your to life of sin and self pursuit desires. No one can have their salvation taken from them, but they can forfeited it.

So you also believe that if we sin after being saved then we shall forfeit our salvation?
If someone believes this then the only way they can be assured of their own salvation is if they have become sinless in the flesh and have never sinned since the day they first accepted Jesus as the Redeemer..
Or maybe you have in your head a permissible sin quota?? Like 2 sins a day and you're ok.. Maybe 3?? Maybe we can save up our sins and splurge and have 20 in one day and still be ok??
So where is the boundary line in your avoidance of sins works?
Where did you assume I said there had to be a quota? Of course we sin, but we also repent of those. Was not the church of Laodicea on the verge of giving up their salivation? Or what about the parable of the seed sown among the path and the thorns? If someone accepts Gods salvation cannot it be their choice to reject it? Another verse from our Savior with regards to falling away:
10 The ax is already at the root of the trees, and every tree that does not produce good fruit will be cut down and thrown into the fire.

Because it is true. Genuine faith leads to good works. James was simply saying "Put your money where your mouth is".
I did not assume anything of the sort.. Please when you read my replies again look at the ?????? signs i put into my posts.. This symbol ? means that the preceding sentence is a QUESTION.. Ok this is very basic English comprehension when a person uses the ? mark it is recognized internationally as a question mark..

Of course a person can reject the Way of salvation.. But that is done by disbelieving Jesus and or no longer Trusting in the Atonement Jesus secured on the cross for the forgiveness of ones sins..
It is not rejected because we sin.. Once we declare that salvation can be lose because we sin then woe to everyone who preaches that and woe to anyone who believes that.. No one ceases to sin.. That's why we need the Atonement of Jesus covering us for the rest of our lives..
Laodicea Church. One of the seven letters from Jesus:

Why are you so condescending in your posts? You seem to want to be more argumentative as opposed to having an actual dialogue. Try some humility. Or better yet, read some actual scripture that answer your own questions instead of berating others!

Honestly, these debate discussions will go on for eternity, if Jesus would not come and make an end to it. We are never ought to be argumentative around the word. What is happening here brings more reproach and shame on the name of Jesus Christ.
We are going in a 360 degree circle and we need to search ourselves long and hard, maybe nobody here has the full understanding yet. But there is a day coming when the everlasting gospel will go out with great power and glory.

I completely agree. I take no issues with having a discourse with anyone on a variety or topics. What I do take exception with is Believers whom like to engage in conflict for nefarious reasons and add insult when one questions their motives.
James 2:26

James makes it very clear that there is no faith without works, just like there is no human without a spirit.
The comparison of the human spirit and faith here converges around their modes of operation. The spirit (Greek pneuma) may also be translated "breath" and as a breathless body emits no indication of life, so fruitless faith exhibits no indication of life. Now the source of the life in faith is not works; rather, life in faith is the source of works (Ephesians 2:5-10).

One primary reason for misunderstanding the plan of salvation is equating it solely to being born again. While this certainly is required for salvation, it is simply the beginning. After being born again, Christians must stand firm (Ro 5:2; 11:20; Heb 3:14-4:11), work out their salvation with fear and trembling (Php 2:12), produce fruit (Mt 7:19; Lk 13:6-9; Ro 7:4), etc. This is, in part, why Peter declares in Ac 15:11 that “… we believe [present tense] that we will [future tense] be saved through the grace of the Lord Jesus, just as they [the Gentiles] will [future tense].” Peter’s statement is in keeping with what James writes in his letter, asking the ever-so poignant question concerning faith without works: “Can that faith save him?” (Jas 2:14). It is no accident that in the previous two verses James tells us: “Speak and act as those who are going to be judged [future tense] by the law that gives freedom, because judgment without mercy will [future tense] be shown to anyone who has not been merciful. Mercy triumphs over judgement.” A faith, as for instance in v. 16, that speaks, “Go in peace; keep warm and well fed,” that is not accompanied by actions/works to meet these physical needs will not save him!

Those who preach their works salvation doctrine don't like it when they are being lead to the point where their doctrine reveals that they are condemned by their own works salvation teachings.. So they do as you have done.. Throw false allegations and attack the person and avoid dealing with the doctrine..
So be it.. No need to respond to my posts anymore.. You can remain believing in and preaching your works salvation doctrine and stand before the LORD on Judgement day and hear him say, I never knew you..
The everlasting Gospel has been going out with great power and glory since the day of Pentecost when the Holy Spirit came and indwelled the Apostles.. We do not have to wait for that day.. It is here and it is now..
You sound exactly like the Muslim I tried to have a conversation with today. Unfortunately he decided that invoking his emotions instead of trying to have a mature discussion was more applicable. Yes i am seriously interested in the right and wrong doctrines.. Because what one believes is incredibly important to ones salvation.. What one Believes and in what one trusts are the keys to salvation..
