The Lord said to him , “I will be with you. And you will destroy the Midianites as if you were fighting against one man.” -Judges 6:16, NLT

The odds are stacked against you. There doesn’t look to be any way out of this impending battle you’re facing. You think to yourself, “Anyone can see that this is a losing battle, right? Why should I bother to even try?” There are too many of them, and you don’t seem to have even the right weapons to win anyway. Should you give up-run? Should you join the side of the enemy because you think that’s the only way to “win”? Of course not! NO on both accounts! You need to use the right weapons, and realize that you have the most powerful Ally on your side!
God Himself!!!

Without God you can do nothing, and with God all things are possible.
John 5:15b “…without Me you can do nothing.”
Matthew 19:26b “…with God all things are possible.”

God’s Power is limitless..
Matthew 8:27b “…even the winds and the sea obey Him?”

In your own life, this battle could be anything really; anything that seems impossible and frightening. We’ve all experienced moments like these in our lives. It’s at those moments when you have the golden opportunity to really show how victorious you are in the Lord. It’s at these moments when all your faith gets the chance to be tested; to be used; to glorify God! It’s your chance to use 2 pieces of armor spoken in Ephesians 6: “shield of faith”, and the helmet of salvation.

Ephesians 6:16-17 “…hold up the shield of faith to stop the fiery arrows of the devil. Put on salvation as your helmet…”
Don’t take things into your own hands. Don’t depend on confidence in your abilities. Don’t make decisions solely based on what you can see. God’s vision is different from ours. As I’ve said before, what we can see comes from a twisted viewpoint-one where there is still a sin nature that is warring within our body. They struggle against each other. Our spirit is born again, but our body and mind are corrupt. That’s why is so important to feed our mind, body and spirit with God’s Word-the Holy Bible daily. “renew your mind”.
We may not fight a physical army, or maybe we do, but daily we battle temptations of the world, stress, and Satan. Satan wants us to lose the battle-he wants us to lose our souls and our very lives. He wants us to rebel against God.
Remember, as believers, The Holy Spirit is inside of us. When we pray for God's to come to our rescue when we face these things, God will fight for us. With God, we are on the winning side!
This is what the LORD says:
“Do not be afraid! Don't be discouraged by this
mighty army, for the battle is not yours , but God's.”

2 Chronicles 20:15b, NLT
God Bless you
