‘The Army Of The Lord vs. The Army Of Evil'
Judges 7:2
The LORD said to Gideon, “The people who are with you are too many for Me to give Midian into their hands, for Israel would become boastful, saying, ‘My own power has delivered me.
The battle has officially begun. You feel as if you are facing such dangers; the risk is great. You plunge forward despite the nagging voice in the back of your mind telling you to be afraid; that you’ll lose the battle; that it’s too hard. Every instinct you have is telling you to run-flee! Despite this internal battle, you continue forward….in the battle against the enemy of your soul. The war of the ages is in full force!
You remember that you are in God’s Army! Although the enemy has great forces with great powers, you have the Creator of the Universe on your side, fighting right beside you!!! The God Who created the world and the universe with just a Word from His Mouth!!!
Have courage dear one. Be BRAVE! Make sure you put on your armor every day. Spend time with God asking Him to defend you. Allow God to fight your battles for you. You have confidence in your mission. You know that the battle you’re fighting will be worth it in the end, and until your very last breath you will FIGHT because you are confident that the choice you’ve made is the only choice to make.
Others are right there with you! Even when your fight is done, you others will continue to fight in this glorious battle because they have found the Love of the Savior too, and they want others to know Him! That’s what the battle is all about! The fight for the souls of men! Though you seem to fight alone, you have other people who are servants of Christ right there in the battle with you-and you have the LOVER OF YOUR SOUL fighting for you.
The struggle against the forces of darkness that although are unseen are hard at work trying to bring people to hell with them. That’s where we come in. God chooses to use us to take part in His Work to bring all men to Himself and a knowledge and realization of the saving grace and gift found only in loving and serving God in the Person of Jesus Christ. Yeshua the Messiah! The Name Yeshua in Hebrew means ‘savior’. The Greek translation of this Name is Jesus. So whatever Name you call Him, ‘The Great I AM’, The Almighty God’, The Everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace, He is there with you all the time, and giving you His Power through the Holy Spirit to FIGHT THE BATTLE of the war to win souls--To lead them to the FREEDOM that you possess as a servant of Jesus Christ!! There’s a war at hand! Don’t back out of that duty! Remember where you were before you knew Christ. The most important job on this Earth is to win souls for God! Go to it and put on God’s armor!
2 Corinthians 10:3-6
We are human, but we don’t wage war as humans do. We use God’s mighty weapons, not worldly weapons, to knock down the strongholds of human reasoning and to destroy false arguments.
We destroy every proud obstacle that keeps people from knowing God. We capture their rebellious thoughts and teach them to obey Christ.
The God you serve has all the power you need to defeat the enemy!

And Gideon sent all the other men of Israel, each to his tent, but retained the 300 men; and the camp of Midian was below him in the valley. Now the same night it came about that the LORD said to him, “Arise, go down against the camp, for I have given it into your hands.
