IF YOU HAD SOMETHING IN GOOD CONDITION YOU COULDNT USE YOU GOT AS A GIFT WOULD YOU GIVE IT TO YOUR BEST FRIEND? OR DO YOU THINK ITS OFFENSIVE ?

if it was new and unused yes, i would give it only other wise if the person could use it.

It would be okay if it hadn’t been used, I think. If it has been used, tell your friend it’s been used.
