There should but G-d will judge them. Let us hope they repent.
What type of punishment do you think is reasonable? Same as murder charge, which would be at least 30 plus years depending on case specifics.

There was a death penatly for Judah's sons for simply wasting seed...how much more for killing the developed life. But I am not a judge. We should have mercy on one another.

I live in the U.S. I don't think many people are thinking the banning abortion issue fully through. Many say abortion should be banned, but how will this be enforced? Will the woman or the abortionist be punished? Also, if abortion is banned, but not enforced, it is not banned in effect.

Even if abortion is banned, not all abortion will be banned. Abortions because of rape, incest, mother's health, etc. will still be allowed. A lot of women are going to claim they are raped. Also, there are going to be liberal doctors willing to put the correct "code" in the insurance/medical forms for abortion. I'm speaking as someone against abortion by the way, except for the exceptions.

Hahaha nice! I like your way of thinking. Any chance you are Jewish? LOL You ask good questions. We hope that abortion will get banned and we should stop those who believe in it, in an appropriate manner.

God is a rational and just judge. He doesn't stand for any such actions where sin is allowed to flourish when every sinner who ever sinned has made excuses or "exceptions". Jesus Christ's Blood covers all sin for those who accept it freely but it's not to benefit the conscious choice of sin. Murder is punishable by death in some countries and I have yet to hear anyone who wanted to kill say the "harsh" sentencing did anything to deter them. That's the whole reason people who kill others never volunteer responsibility. Most will even let an innocent person take the fall as long as they can get away with it. At least some will refrain from it because it's too difficult to plan and execute without being found out. Mind you, some people would never kill even if it were legal and someone payed them. If someone really wants to do something, in their heart, they can and in most cases will do it. It matters very little whether it's legalised or not. Abortions are also used as excuses to cover up a multitude of sins – as the snake eats it's own tail. It's been around for millennia before Roe Vs Wade and RBG

God has given us a spirit of Power, of Love and of a Sound Mind. One rule fits all. The reason God hates sin so much is because it leads to DEATH! He loves His children and doesn't want anyone of us to perish. Why would he then establish a set commandment against murder, y et sanction it in roundabout way? He wouldn't and he doesn't. He literally planned for His only Begotten Son to be publicly assassinated even as he is the only man who never sinned, all so we could accept the free gift of everlasting life with Him. Be fruitful and multiply, He said. Jesus created us and saves our sinful lives every single day. I don't know how much more obvious it gets where God stands. It's so easy to make up one's own morality with personally designed allowances. We all need to repent daily and get right with Him.

Just heard Ruth Ginsberg has gone home, she was hanging on in hope the President God raised up would not select her successor, can't thwart God's plan.
Thank you Lord! Now, several prophetic speakers I know say He will select two, looks like after he is reelected for the next one.
Blessings
When you say she "went home," where exactly are you speaking of?

Ruth was not exactly a died in the wool believer in Jesus was she? I mean, she was pretty much the ICON of socialist liberal Judges............
