The only time I've ever felt like I might have been stalked was when this guy, on another site, somehow knew the exact city I lived in, and yet it was nowhere on my profile, much less any hints given. And I didn't even really think about it being stalking behavior, but more creepy behavior, until one of the men I asked about it, said it sounded more like a stalker. Anyway, after the initial contact, he never really contacted me again. I decided it was probably some trying to play a practical joke on me. (And that's what I'm sticking too.)

As for giving a guy another chance, I have done that before, after he decided he did want to try for a relationship. Things didn't work out, and we ended up being just friends.

This is the stuff i cant tolerate though

Calling over and over again, emailing over and over again even when i havent responded to the first email or call that was sent.
Asking my friends questions about me.
Getting mad cause i wont spend every waking second with him

I agree, this isn't stalking behavior, just a guy who's overly clinging and needy. These type of guys need to get a life.
 
Someone who harasses you usually just means to irritate you, make you uncomfortable or get your attention in a negative way because they can't do it in a positive manner. A stalker concerns me more, as they may actually mean you bodily harm. Neither should be ignored, as one can lead to the other.
