"God is Spirit" means he is not a physical being limited to one place. He is present everywhere and he can be worshiped anywhere, at any time. It is not where we worship that counts, but how we worship. Is your worship genuine and true? Do you have the Holy Spirit's help? How does the Holy Spirit help us worship? The Holy Spirit prays for us, teaches us the words of Christ, and tells us we are loved.

For God is Spirit, so those who worship him must worship in spirit and in truth. (John 4:24)

Yes our heavenly Father is the Holy Spirit, and all the fulness of the Father dwelt (lived) in the Son. The Word became flesh and God tabernacled among men, for the Son was the express image of the invisible God, and he said... I and my Father are one, don't you know that the Father is ( lives) in me and I in the Father.

When are you folks going to learn that the Holy Spirit is not another person that proceeded from the Father, there is no-where in scripture that says that the Holy Spirit proceeded from the Father, or implies that he operates independently and is co-equal... NO WHERE!

The Holy Spirit is not another person, true. But John 15:26 says the Holy Spirit proceedeth (ekporeuomai) from the Father.
