Excerpt From Art Katz' Book,

"Reality: The Hope Of Glory".

"...Can you imagine the agony and impatience that elijah must have felt as he watched the systematic annihilation of all Gods prophets...and the day by day degenerating moral condition of ...Israel.. He(elijah)Never once ventured out to come onto the stage on his own Volition He never once said "I cant take it anymore. I've Got to speak. I can't be silent." IN DISCIPLINE he was hidden and obscure untill the perfect moment of GOD's choosing, and then he perfectly preformed the thing for which GOD had shaped his life.

Are you willing to be dead and hid with Christ with GOD Untill HIS glory shall be revealed? There is no Itch stronger then young people have they long to DO, to be seen, to preform, to be rewarded, to be acknowledged. To each one who is IMPATIENT to be recognized, GOD would counsel, "WAIT!" It's easy for you to distribute tracts; it's easy for you to knock on doors; its easy for you to witness; but i have some other things that has much higher priority--My dealing with you in the depths of your inner man, where no one can see you, perfecting your character, that i might bring you forth in the perfect moment, wholly tested and wholly mine."

... ... ...God's answer is always worth waiting for. Whenever we impatiently attempt to fulfill the intentions of God by fleshly means we always wind up with an unblessed end. .... ... ...Our human enthusiasm shall never be enough to bring a world to real contrition before God. If we wait upon the Lord, He shall prepare us to be men and women who can invoke His HOLY FIRE. Our premature, nervous activity ill never be of any avail, and will only wear us down.

"But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint." Isiah 40:31"
