Deuteronomy 22:8 When thou buildest a new house, then thou shalt make a battlement for thy roof, that thou bring not blood upon thine house, if any man fall from thence.
Love is definitly the fulfillment of the law. The Jews had to build railing on top of there houses so no one fell off the roof. It's like taking the scateboard or the bananna peal off the stairs so no one trips and falls down the stairs or making sure kids don't play with balls near the street. This verse shows us God's love. God's law was the first OSHA law.
