Romans 12:2 NIV
2 Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.

Knowing God's will, His good, pleasing and perfect will involves the renewing of the mind.

How do we renew the mind?

  1. By reading and studying God's Word the Bible
  2. By prayer and reflection
  3. By edification (Intellectual, moral, or spiritual improvement; enlightenment.) through discipleship within the Church
  4. Moral law or conscience will immediately remind the individual was that personal choice good or bad.
  5. By studying history and the mistakes of the past for example:

2 Kings 22:8 NIV
8 Hilkiah the high priest said to Shaphan the secretary, “I have found the Book of the Law in the temple of the Lord.” He gave it to Shaphan, who read it.
2 Kings 22:13 NIV
13 “Go and inquire of the Lord for me and for the people and for all Judah about what is written in this book that has been found. Great is the Lord’s anger that burns against us because those who have gone before us have not obeyed the words of this book; they have not acted in accordance with all that is written there concerning us.”

There is no mystery, question, or need for a miraculous sign to know the will of God. God has told us through His Word. Every individual has been given spiritual gifts that will also guide you into areas that are equally good, pleasing, and perfect within your unique individual traits.

To go and make disciples (Matthew 28:18-20), care for the needy (Hebrews 13:16 ),
sick (Matthew 25:34-40), the widow (James 1:27), protect the innocent (Proverbs 24:11-12)
are just 4 examples that are not even questioned. They are told throughout the scriptures to be God's will for the individual and the Church.

God's will also expands into the family and government for example Genesis 2:23-24 sets the design of family and Romans 13
For the one in authority is God’s servant for your good. But if you do wrong, be afraid, for rulers do not bear the sword for no reason. They are God’s servants, agents of wrath to bring punishment on the wrongdoer.

God has left us no mystery on His will for our lives. He simply speaks to us through His Word written by men but inspired and protected for centuries by God to bring us the Bible. With books going back to 1000+ B.C., all in perfect unity and prophetically aligned.

All we must do is obey and move. Moses was told to do something beyond the realm of natural possibilities. He was told to raise his staff and stretch out his hand over the sea. To do what? Feel the breeze? Prepare for a swim? No! God's will was for him to reach the promised land and in order to do so, God was about to bring judgment on Pharaoh and his army.

Exodus 14:15-16
New International Version

15 Then the Lord said to Moses, “Why are you crying out to me? Tell the Israelites to move on. 16 Raise your staff and stretch out your hand over the sea to divide the water so that the Israelites can go through the sea on dry ground.

Exodus 14:21
New International Version

21 Then Moses stretched out his hand over the sea, and all that night the Lord drove the sea back with a strong east wind and turned it into dry land. The waters were divided,

Moses obeyed and the sea split in half. The seafloor was dry for them to walk through. This is an example of faith in the highest order. If you know the will of God by doing the 5 points above to renew your mind then you will have the confidence to obey and expect your sea or mountains in life to split or crumble.

Live in faith, hope, and confidence today. God's will, will be done on Earth as it is Heaven. No power of Hell, sin, or darkness will stop it. No sea or mountain too great. Stand bold, hold up your life to God, and be ready to be delivered from the problems around you. Keep your eyes on Jesus.

Deliverance refers to the Acts of God whereby he rescues his people from danger. The key words nasal [l;v"n] ("draw out, snatch away"), palat [f;l'P] ("make an escape"), malat [f;l'm] ("to cause to escape"), halas [l'j] (to "draw out"), and yasa [[;v"y] ("to save") fall within the field of meaning describing God's redemptive activity on the part of his people. This usage of deliverance focuses on God's removal of those who are in the midst of trouble or danger.

Being delivered has both physical and spiritual implications. For the believer, we are spiritually saved once accepting Christ into our lives. Out of faith you will always be delivered or saved.

Matthew 10:28
New International Version

28 Do not be afraid of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather, be afraid of the One who can destroy both soul and body in hell.

God's will for the physical or as we are in the flesh is summed up as

Matthew 22:36-40
New International Version

36 “Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?”
37 Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’38 This is the first and greatest commandment. 39 And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’40 All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.”

Doing both interchangeably fulfills God's will as the individual is renewed and this automatically spills over into other's lives thus contributing to reaching the lost.
