So I have been doing Trim Healthy Mama and they are a major blessing, I have PCOS so it was impossible for me to lose weight and doctors told me I was infertile... But then I read Trim Healthy Mama and how amazing and SIMPLE it is and the blessings of real food and how to balance it out for your OWN body that...
I am slowly losing weight and was pregnant twice. both pregnancies ended in miscarriage though: First one because I did not wear a mask while using chemical dyes for wool (I spin yarn) and I was so stupid, but that affected the pregnancy.
and second one was just a month ago at 18 weeks (a little boy) but because a traumatic bombshell happened 2 weeks before I miscarried that shook me to the core emotionally and thus it affected my little one. Stress is a no no for pregnancy. But the Lord will bless us again soon.
One thing that has helped me kick a craving I had (Soda. Oh Coke... how I have a hate/love relationship with thee... be gone! ) was their Good Girl Moonshine with a twist.
It is Oolong tea, Apple Cider Vinegar and ginger (the moonshine part), and lemon.
But the way I make it for a pazzazz yummy fruity twist is:
Fresh Hibiscus dried flowers after it is seeped I add chia seeds and keep it in the fridge overnight to get the chia seeds to bubble up.
Then in a blender add the tea and medley of berries.
A nice amount of apple cider vinegar (as THM says, "add a dollop" lol)
a tiny amount of fresh ginger or powdered.
*for a kick I add 15 tiny drops of cayenne
one fresh lemon
and sweetner of your choice. I have used Stevia but because I have so MUCH sugar on the Raw I used the tinest amount in it, though it is not the best choice.
Blend and sometimes I refreeze it and it tastes like sherbert if I don't want to drink it! Perfect for the warm weather coming our way!
