There is a purspose behind every call and whom GOD choosen.in book of Exodus we can see the call of moses.how GOD called him.when he called him he was trying to say iam unable to speak and unable to stand and fear.we have to remember when there was quarrel between egypt and israel he kills egyptian and burried their it self.do u think he is fearer? no he is fearer in front of the ppl but he is stronger when he is alone.he was alone no was there so he kills him and burried their it self.so many times we are strong when we are alone or in home or in church or in some thing.but some times we are cowards before the problems and circumstances.as a leader we should not be like that.remember petter was coward but ofter that he becomes stronger.so leader should be a bold person to handle any thing.GOD called him and made him as a able and stronger moses. and leader should have special vision.bcoz that vision made moses to know the lord and brought him to his presence.he sees visible vision.before we start our task we need to remove what we have to.as moses removed his sandles.we have to see when moses sees GODs face he could not able to see him properly but ofter some days and some chapters we can the ppl of israels could not able to see moses face.when we go with GOD and have fellowship with him there is a transfigaration take place.as a leaders and pastors we have to remember hw GOD introduced about him self to moses that IAM THAT IAM so we need to remember that all ways in our ministrey he is with us allways exisisting GOD.some times we think our possition is leadership no that is not carrect.leader ship hw we lead and handle that is called leadership.any one can be a leader but not a successs full person.that is based on hw u handle and lead ur followers.let me say some qwalites of leadership or pastor.
The mark of a good leadership is not the absence of failures but how one handles the failures. 1.ignore is at all(lack of self evaluation)
2. Try to cover them up(lack of integrity) 3. Accepting+Attempting to try to over come. SORRY IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR YOUR RESPONSE.
* leader is a person who can influence others either in good or bad way.
* Decision in the excitement is not good,calm and alone is good. good training can make some good input to ones leadership quality but in spiritual as GOD trained moses he trains him he made him good leader so many trainings are there but real trainer and teacher is GOD alone.
*A good spititual leader. is the one who acknowledge the called of GOD in his or her life and make every effort to be available to become what GOD want him or her to be.
