Keep your arteries clear. It works. Its that or open heart surgery. You'd be surprised how many would rather do the surgery.

I don't know if I would say they rather do the surgery, but I am not at all surprised how many choose bad health over good.

I have told people about flax seed and they buck me, refusing to give it a secong thought.

Herbal store is where i get mine. You may have to hunt for a while.

I used this for a long time. Then my health food store stopped stocking it. They only stock the brown. Even the regular stores were selling the ground brown flax.

I have moved and still can't find it and I have tried 4 different stores. I guess they are not distributing it in Canada anymore?
