Hand shaking is not required as a Christian ritual, rather to some disrespect.

Did you know this, that hand shaking actually started from the pagan gods of Eqypt.
I find it disrespectful to force someone on another's privacy, and here's why.
Jesus was an Orthodox Jew.
As of today, no Orthodox Jew, man will touch in handshaking a womens hand.

Neither will a Jewish women shake another man's hand, ie, as only to another female.
Attending several Jewish Temples, which has been an extremely RICH expieriece of learning, and knowing the depts of Original Forefather's Roots, whether, Orthodox, REformed, or Conservative, I experienced non of that, flesh touching, in these temples, only seen the men to men, according to the Leviticus Law.
There are some who will say, that's snobbish, but it is really rubbish.
IN the muslim culture, the women also do not touch or allow their flesh to be touched, and greet with their two hands in a somewhat bow.
If Jesus was then Orthodox Jewish, the strictest of the Jewish Culture, besides the new incorporated Religions, as the hassidic Jews, and the Ultra Orthodox Jews, still remain under the strict obedience of
non violating the privacy of others.
All this was read on the web, under the title
Origins of hand shaking's.
Will be posting direct quotes from their sites later.
The origin of the hand shake was not only from the Pagan cultures, but also from the midevil times that their were no weapons in the hands, and the up and down ;movement was to reveal if there were any knifes, daggers, up the sleeve, that would slip out.
Women were not carrying weapons therefore they were not in the territory of hand shaking as a necessity of a ritual right of contact.
As some would say a friendly gesture, out of due respect for the women, before these days, the man would kiss the forehand of the women, in a shake.
It is a sign of a contract of agreement between two people, as in business, exempting religious grounds, that a Jew who came to a business contract, would not shake his associate women encounter's hand was appalled by the women, as a gesture of being rude or offensive, going on to say in the article, it was her to choose to take that as an offense, and not understanding the Jewish perspective point of view, neither his Religious Right, nor his Privacy.
During the 2012 games, a Dr. in Britain told the players do not shake hands with other's as an order to refrain from germ inhabitation.
I personally think it offensive to be forced to stand in a line just to have hand shake upon hand shake pass down,30 or so kids, people, to one man at the door, just to get your turn,, or germs.
What? are you kidding, in a mega church that would be impossible, it would take hours, and hours, to greet one another, just on the way out,
Ridiculous.
As read, all sexual enticements, all start from touching.
I believe that if Jesus was an Orthodox Jew, and Respected the passover, as one of the Jewish Traditions, in full part of his Heritage and Culture, it would be well fitting for that to stand in our churches
today, as in the Jewish Temples, as is today.
I personally have gotten warts on my hand once that a Dr. said, could of came from some'ones hands,
which appeared the next day after church, thank
God, it wasn't the viral kind of wort, which had been treated and gone.
With all due respect, respect our women.
Hand shaking also was incorporated when the women slid into the man's world of work, in a relationship with peer's as in contract's.
THis actually will be posted as taken from the website.
Jewish women, shake hands to other women.
Neither touch the flesh of other men, only in a family.
Neither do Jewish men touch to shake hands with females, only to men.
To me this is respectful, and why would you want to invade some one's territory,
Something that came from a pagan culture, has no meaning or relationship in the churches today,
Stand there, and if someone wants to shake your hand, give them the respect first, don't grab, force, or push your ideal way's of representing Christ.
I have been in churches where not a word was said, during the New Years Day service, not one single person said, Happy New Year, God Bless you, only went about shaking hands.
Don't think for a minute of your time, that it would be better to introduce yourself, and talk to get to know someone, be friendly first, then let the hand shakes roll if chosen
