I love to read the history of holidays as a way of commemorating it. Guess what is coming up on Monday, March 14? St. Patrick's Day!!!!
This holiday memorializes the work of Saint Patrick who successfully converted thousands of people in Ireland to Christianity. He lived a life of faith and obedience. He used the shamrock to illustrate the Trinity (with its three parts making one whole).
Lord, thank You for expanding Your kingdom through Saint Patrick. We pray our obedience and faith would accomplish Your will in our days. In Christ's Name, Amen.
