In Romans 14 it says whatsoever is not of faith is sin.

Evil is anything/anyone that turns our eyes from Jesus as Lord and Savior.

Phillipians 4:8
Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.

When in doubt, above is the standard I apply.

But there are people with out faith who are honest kind good hearted people should they he considerd an evil person just because they dont belive in God.

Actally i think its quit simple... i define evil as causing others pain or problems without remorse or even enjoying it... i think there are alot of things that can be consierd bad but not nececarly evil.

Yes, for sure. We must hate what God hates and love what God loves. This is true charity.

If you do not believe in God, you are damned already. There is no hope, no matter how good a person is or how good their deeds are. The answer to your question is yes. According to God, all people's righteousness is a filthy rags to God, even believer's. So, if you do not believe in God, that is the worst type of evil you can have in your life.
