Like David of old, I sing to the Lord.
His presence like the cool gentle wind comforts
my soul.

I will sing, I will dance, I will declare all his mighty acts,
for he alone is my strength and Salvation. The Lord, he is my song.

He causes me to shine in the dark place, his light ever goes before me, and he shows me the way.

He is my only hope for the peace that he alone provides, truly the Lord is my song.
