Welcome to my page! In this post, I will talk about how Jesus Christ is with us through every event in our lives. With nothing else to mention, let's get into the post.
When we trust God, He is with us. When we don't trust God, He is with us. When we forget God, He is with us. There is no valley or crevice on this planet that you can hide in from God. He knows your exact location and everything about you. God isn't a stalker. God cares about us therefore He uses His unchanging and infinite knowledge to be up to date about our status in life. I hate the fact that we allow this world to distract us from the presence of God. Even though God's given us so much, He is so humble and forgiving that He understands why we fall to this world and goes even farther than that: He helps us up from the tiredness and imperfectness of the human body through the power of the Holy Spirit. If we knew the complete and unchanging truth of God's power, how much strength our trust and faith in His faithfulness we would have. Because of our imperfect bodies, one of the innate behaviors we have is a limited knowledge. We do not have any ability to know the future or control what is going to happen. God is the complete opposite. He knows exactly what is going to happen. He told Eve that childbirth will be extremely painful. That is true. He told Abraham that His descendants would be as numerous as the stars. The Bible says that those who are saved are of Abraham's seed, so that would total to about 500 million believers (surveys say that 2.1 billion people confess they are a Christian but in reality about one-third of this 2.1 billion is actually a Christian because of false gospels and other blasphemous doctrines). God told us through the prophets that a Deliverer would come to this earth and remove our sins through His death. Is there a body in the tomb of Jesus? No, because He is where you are this very moment. Do you want proof? Go to a quiet place and just sit in a position where it is easy to focus. Forget the worries and problems of the world. Just focus on God. "Be still and know that I am God." (Psalms 46:10). After Moses killed an Egyptian, he fled to Midian, which is located in a desert. Deserts are probably one of the most quiet places because of the condition to where life isn't abundant in the biome. Moses probably connected with God the most through the silence. When your life's concerns flow away into the corners of your mind and your mind is placed before God, that is when you blend and connect with the Almighty God. Don't come into the area of silence expecting God to present a miracle before your eyes or a big shout of His voice to appear in your ears. When God speaks, He usually speaks in a whisper to see if you're willing to go the other step to listen to His voice. Following God isn't a delivery where you get the whole package right there and then. Our walk in Christ is a garden that slowly grows in spiritual strength that is giving to us from the Living Water.
The sledgehammer that Satan uses to break our complete trust and focus upon God is adversity. When the problems come, it brings the uncomfortable feeling of being naive. When a storm is approaching, weather forecasters don't tell you what is going to happen. They tell you what they think is going to happen. Predictions are casinos. You are gambling with the fortune of whether or not the storm is going to be serious or minor. With storms in life, the exact same thing is presented: uncertainty. We humans tend to hate it when we are naive because then we have no idea of what will happen. We want to be prepared so that if adversity shows it sword, we are either not harmed or barely harmed. Everything in this life will crush our lives if we do not wear the chain mail of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is the Helper (see John 16:7). What does a helper do? It helps someone or something. The Holy Spirit helps us through life so that we can be connected 100% to the will and love of God. Matthew 7:11 says, "If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask Him!" One of the good things the Father will give to those who ask Him is the Holy Spirit. If the Holy Spirit is not with you even in one second of an entire day, you are as prepared for the armies of the future as a person is for a job interview without a resume. The floods of life will sweep us away to sin if we do not surround ourselves with the fortress of God. Period. Satan will puff up sin and distraction to where it would never seem to be undesirable. Then, you wake up in a pit of sin that seems inescapable. You cry out to Jesus, asking Him to somehow save you from the mess you are in. Out of nowhere, a scarred hand grabs your hand and pulls you out back into the world. You kneel before Jesus Christ, thankful beyond measure. Before you know it, He disappears from your sight even though He's still there. If you didn't let the Holy Spirit impact you right there and then, you will most likely choose to keep falling into that pit of sin which will separate you greatly from having a strong connection with God. If you capture your trust and focus and give it to Jesus Christ, your life will be given the change of God.
There will be moments in life when it seems no one in the entire universe knows you exist. It seems that everyone has forsaken you. In these moments, God shines the brightest to our eyes. In good times, we tend to forget God because of everything going our way and how everything is going according to plan. When adversity shows its ugly face, we cry to God to make our life the way it was with all the good times and happiness. God shows His light toward our lives mostly in the dark and lonely times. Our main passion through good and bad times shouldn't be for God to bless us all the time. It should be to see what He is trying to show us through every circumstance in life. He wants us to stop being beggars and be believers full of trust toward Him. God not only knows exactly what is going to happen, but He holds it in the center of His power. Nothing will ever conquer Jesus Christ because everything has been conquered by Jesus through the cross. And because of a holy Carpenter's sacrifice, the Holy Spirit has been poured out to us in full for us to use every second of the day. Don't take it for granted. It was paid for handsomely through the valuable blood of Jesus Christ. Don't live this life only thinking God is with you through just the good times. Know that He is with you forever. Plain and simple. In all of life, the Creator of the universe cares about you and holds an awesome future ahead of you if you are willing to follow Jesus Christ and surrender to His Holy Spirit daily. Well, that's all I have for this post. If you have questions, comments, post suggestions, prayer requests, or anything else, post it and I will reply to whatever you post appropriately. Have a great day, know that God is with us, and may the Lord bless you greatly! Goodbye!
