This banana flax bread will have you singing Harry Belafonte banana boat song :)

In a seperate bowl mashhh 3 medium ripe bananas
Add 3/4 cup brown sugar or 1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

In another bowl combine:
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tablespoon grounded flax seed

Add dry ingredients to wet and mix until combined(30 sec). Pour into a greased 8"x4" loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees celcius for approximately 50 mins or until toothpick comes out clean, when inserted in loaf.

NB. 1 egg replacer = 1 tablespoon grounded flax seed + 3 tablespoon water
You can grind flax seeds in a blender.
According to world health food website(whfoods.org), Flax seeds are rich in omega 3 fatty acids and have tremendous health benefits including protection from heart disease, controls high blood pressure and puts the brakes on prostate cancer.
