"False teachers are God's judgment on the people who do not want God..., because they want exactly what he wants (False teacher) and it's not God!"

In all honesty I can't find biblical proof of this exact act, so is it true false teachers are God's judgement?

In Romans God gave us over to are sins, and in 2 Peter 2 it takes about false teachers and Matthew..
Etc. But I can't find this exact situation...
