Hi,
I'm on a diet of many any and lots of vegetables and lean meat: turkey chicken fish venison.
I like to mix the two together alot, in a type of a salad or stir fry.
Can anyone help me with some good recipes with these restrictions?

I made this yesterday..

1 L water
20 grams onion
40 grams shallot
1 corn
Spinach
Basil
Gambas (idk in english name)
Sugar and salt

Directions:
~ Slice the onion and shallot, corn --> boiled for 5 minutes.
~ Add spinach, basil, gambas and boiled for another 10 minutes or more (until the corn cooked well)
~Add sugar and salt as needed and mix and done ;)

String Beans

Ingredients:
string beans
tempeh, cut into dice (optional)
chilli pepper, slice it
onion
shallot
sweet soy sauce
salt
Mushroom powder (optional)

Directions:
1. cut string beans 3-4 cm, wash it..
2. slice the onion and shallot, saute in a sauce pan with a little bit oil (i use coconut oil) until smell good, add chilli pepper
3. Put the string beans, tempeh (optional)
4. Add a little bit water
5. Add a little bit sweet soy sauce, salt, and mushroom powder (optional)
6. Stir for about 5 or 10 minutes and done :)
(sorry i didnt put the exact measurements, just eye bowl it)

Carrots stir fry (i dont have a pic on my phone)

Ingredients
onion
shallot
carrots, cut 1cm thick and 4-5cm long
egg (optional)
onion leaf
celery
sprout beans
salt, sugar
mushroom powder (optional)


Directions
1. slice onion and shallot, stir fry until smells good
2. put the carrots and sprout beans
3. add water, salt, sugar (a little bit) and egg+mushroom powder (optional)
4. let it boil for about 10 minutes and done
