My husband is in a real bad way with cancer. I have someone who says hemp seed oil is good for curing cancer. Anyone heard of this

All I have heard it is good for is dulling the symptoms.... but I really now nothing about it.

there are many 'natural-ways' available to mankind that can defeat any kind of 'cancer',
with God's given-natural-healing-ways...do your research, the effort at least will give many
a peace of mind...
