BBC Radio 4 - Radio 4 in Four, The highly flammable skin creams linked to dozens of deaths
See what you think of the above article, It's about 5 minutes long.
I found it interesting as my aunt uses concentrated oxygen. It came with warnings
not to use any lotions creams etc with paraffin, petroleum, parabin based products.
The concentrated oxygen molecules can linger in clothing and bedding for up to half
an hour even with the oxygen turned off. She doesn't smoke but we were told that
just static can scorch the skin.
It's really hard to find cheap parabin free, stuff.
So I've had to resort to the higher end expensive names to find suitable products for her.
I have to say though that the parabin free products are really nice and seem much
better on the skin! Plus they seem to last much longer. I'm now a convert myself!
The one I'm really into at the moment is Neom organics.
