'Spider man' refuses to pay for drawing

A man who placed the $15,000 winning bid for a photograph of a hand-drawn seven-legged spider says he has no intention of paying up.
The digital image originated from a popular viral email in which a graphic designer attempts to pay an overdue bill with his spider drawing.
It was auctioned on eBay last week after the email spread around the globe.

The winning bidder, Patrick Munoz, told ninemsn he originally placed a bid for $99,000

so one has to ask the question...is the guy crazy for trying to get out of debt by selling silly drawings of seven legged arachnids? or is the guy who bid 99,000 dollars on it the crazy one?

in a time when the US economy is in the sewer, you want to invest in a silly little drawing?


i just dont get some people...lol
 
Lol Haha Big Red, I feel the same. I think the guy who sold his drawing was extremely desperate for someone to actually ''buy'' his drawing for money, ovbiously, and the other guy just bid jokingly. So I would personally say that this was a silly incident.
 
i wish i was rich enough to jokingly bid $99,000 on a piece of paper lol...

oh what a life that would be...
