Honor your Father AND your Mother, even if they left you. What good is love if you only love them that love you back? It is not love. Hypocrites!! If you don't love your neighbor then there is no way you can love God. Repent of this, and go to God, go to your parents and make up. If you die in your bitterness you will end up in hell. God doesn't want this. This is why Jesus made it clear that he did not come to do away with the law but to FULFILL it. Obey Jesus, because if you die in your anger you will be cast into the lake that burns with fire and brimstone also. Don't let bitterness rule you, be FREE from the bondage of your past. And in doing this you will also FREE THEM FROM CONDEMNATION.

Satan wants more than anything to fill peoples hearts with unforgivness, but if you have been forgiven, shouldn't you also forgive? And if you do not forgive, neither will God forgive you, you will die in your sin. Apologize if you have to, but don't die in anger. May Jesus bless you.
 
AND YOU FATHERS: DO NOT AROUSE ANGER IN YOUR CHILDREN

...odd, many seem to miss out on that part...
 
you can honor and still defend yourself. love with boundaries. God set boundaries to keep us safe but Adam and Eve didn't listen and step into danger through the sin of disobedience we are to listen to Our FATHER in heaven over any earthly parent. Love and Honor God first. then you will know how to honor and love as God loves you.
