hahaha, if your eye offend thee!
It's not about not being attracted to them. Your trying to fight a nature that God gave us. When used the right way it leads to good things, marriage, appreciation of women, etc. But there's a fine line that you have to make sure not to cross. It pretty much boils down to self-control. Refusing to lust after anyone, regardless of how beautiful they are.

Exactly! :)

I think Space cowboy said it best. You will never find a woman unattractive and be glad that you don't. They are beautiful creatures and God designed us men to be attracted to them. It's how you look at them, and what I mean is look at them as God's beautiful creation and that they belong to Him. There's nothing wrong in saying she's a beautiful woman, but if we sin with that thought then we need to take action. When our thinking gets distorted in how we view women then we need to ask the Lord to help us renew our mind. Yes it is a process and it will take time, but it's not impossible. And renewing our mind is a beautiful thing! See Phi 4:8. Thinks on things that are above!

My dear, my dear... It's natural to be physically attracted to the opposite sex. Our sexuality is a part that God created in us. Sexual attraction is in the will of God. It's not sin. You cannot and should not pray it away. You must, however, learn to master it. Yeah, it's hard; but it's part of Gods plan for us. If physical attraction is overwhelming your judgement of an relating towards the opposite sex then you certainly must guard yourself. However, first you must understand and settle within yourself that sexual attraction is healthy and God given. Then you must guard yourself against temptation, but also learn to deal with it when it inevitably comes. Accountability is of utmost importance with this. Choosing to think on/look at/talk about something else will also help. It very difficult, but it's really that simple.

---you should be attracted to a persons physical attributes as well as their personality. Now, God can work wonders in this area; so you could be completely unattracted physically to someone, but grow into thinking thy are the hottest person you've ever known.

We are attracted for 2 reasons. (maybe more but for now these 2)

1: God created that in us! Nothing you can do about that except controll it.
2: God created woman out of man! She is a part of us! How can you not be attracted?

Just my 2 cents worth :) GB

Just because we see flaws in a woman once we're married doesn't mean our attraction should be based on that. She isn't there to just to please us. We are there to serve each other. I think an attitude that says I'm not attracted to you because you don't please me any more is self-focused, not Christ-centered. (1 Corinthians 7)
