How can we glorify the Creator?

Let’s take the example of Job:

• Job 1:7-11 -> “And the LORD said unto Satan, Whence comest thou? Then Satan answered the LORD, and said, From going to and fro in the earth, and from walking up and down in it. And the LORD said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil? Then Satan answered the LORD, and said, Doth Job fear God for nought? Hast not thou made an hedge about him, and about his house, and about all that he hath on every side? thou hast blessed the work of his hands, and his substance is increased in the land. But put forth thine hand now, and touch all that he hath, and he will curse thee to thy face.”.

Observe that Job was being the one who the Creator chose to manifest to Ha-Satan how someone can keep faithful to the Creator, regardless his condition here on the Earth.

And not only him. All the members of Jesus’ Church are used to manifest His manifold grace and wisdom (1Peter 4:10):

• Eph 3:10 -> “To the intent that now unto the principalities and powers in heavenly places might be known by the church the manifold wisdom of God,”.

So, if you are enduring some tribulation, don’t repine! Probably you are being used as instrument to defeat Ha-Satan once again and confirm the excellence of Jesus’ presence and His Words.

Recall that:

• Php 1:29 -> “For unto you it is given in the behalf of Christ, not only to believe on him, but also to suffer for his sake;”.

Hence have a great day praising the Lord Jesus even in the bad moments (1Th 5:16-18), because this can be a sign that you are a chosen by Jesus for His glory (see 1Pet 4:12-19).

FAQ: How is God due glory?

REPLY: Glory can be defined as high renown and/or honor won by notable
achievements, viz: accolades.

Well; speaking for myself: I have to say that the successful invention, design, and
construction of the cosmos-- all of its forms of life, matter, and energy --is quite an
achievement and speaks of the capability of a genius that deserves applause and
admiration.

Ps 19:1-4 . .The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of His
hands. Day after day they pour forth speech; night after night they display knowledge.
There is no speech or language where their voice is not heard. Their voice goes out into
all the earth, their words to the ends of the world.

Elements of that Psalm are incorporated in an announcement called the everlasting
gospel. (Rev 14:6-7)

* Curiously very intelligent scientists like Carl Sagan, Neil deGrasse Tyson, and Michio
Kaku refuse to acknowledge intelligent design in the cosmos.

Some years ago a co-worker asked me why I believe the Bible is true. I replied: the
Bible gives a simple guy like me answers to difficult questions that the best and
brightest have yet to discover some other way. (cf. Rom 1:19-22)
