What is your day like, spiritiually speaking, from the time you get up to the time you go to bed?

Bible, devotions, internet christian sites, books, people? What? Just what do you do to keep your walk with God fresh, routine. And, why do you do the things you do daily like you do?

What does it all do for you to help you through your days?

OK, I will start, I know, tough to route-think your daily routine for giving God glory and honor and praise as you go throughout each day, waking moment to falling asleep.
+++++-++++++
That said, I will be the first to say (pun intended) that my routine for morning glory to God, noontime niceties thinking of my Saviour, afternoon delight in His presence, evening remarks at the t.v. directed to Him....need work!
-----()-----
I am very involved with my business now and it does get in the way of my life . How I really want it to be. How I yearn for my mornings to be like this song I occassionally sing mornings, to kickstart my day:

I wanna be where you are, dwelling in your presence, feasting at your table, surrounded by your glOry. In your presence is where I only want to be. I just wanna be, I just wanna be, with You.
;;;;;();;;;;;
But, no, my mornings are often forgotten of God , the workaday world catches me by surprise often, and, WHAM! , off I go, forgetting to praise the One who made me and, if anything, I ask for His blessing on my day but it's usually said as I am running out the door...
----()()()&()()()&----
And, so, maybe asking you to explain your routine daily living for God is too tough (Been close to 24 hours since I poised the question and still no response my rationale ) . Maybe the question can morph to this :

How can you help others on c.c. develop a daily routine serving Him divine, from morning, to noon, to, night ? :)

I guess my daily routine with and for god depends on what i'm doing and what time of year it is. Right now i'm back in college so it has naturally changed from the summer. i like to try and get in a quiet time with god in the morning, this sets me up for the day, but my house is not ideal, so i do it in my car. car parking at my college is a nightmare so you need to get there really early for a space which leaves you with loads of time before class. i keep a bible in my car, i'll read it, obviously, and spend some time in prayer asking me to live for him that day and not let him down. then i'll put on some music that allows me to be in awe of him and worship him. I go into class in such a good mood, it makes me look like a morning person, i'm really not!! the rest of the day from that point is in Gods hands, i cant fit it into a routine as i never know what will happen. But i would be lost without that morning time. during the day i always try to watch my words and i am always cautious that god is with me at all times. the bible says to Pray continually, so i think of that as always being in a conversation with god, even if you arent talking, there is a constant presence, weather you want to be aware of it or not.

Bottom line for me... car, bible, music, God. :)

What I do is when i wake up i thank God, pray for my family,friends and pastors, then i start the day, I usually hear music in the mornings, sometimes i hear Casting Crowns, Jeremy Camp and many others i hear spanish songs like Marcos Witt or Jesus Adrian Romero, i do many things and then take some minutes to i pray early in the afternoon and then i read the bible at night and pray again.
I used to pray only at night until a year ago, but i went through a very very hard situation so i started to pray in the morning, 2 times during the day and in the night, not long prayers, but talkings with God to have a closer relationship with him.
I am living a much better situation right now but i discovered that if I pray more than one time in a day i feel more strong, happy and without the tiredness I used to have, so i have continued doing it. :)

LOL, Zoe4Jesus , I laughed and also liked your rudimentary , 4-part approach to your day giving it to God :)
You made me laugh when you said you are not a morning person but by putting on some music to 'awe' and 'worship' you become one . Amen ! The power of God !!

Lizzytheone, times of trial thicken our self to become more resilient to the trouble if it ever comes again, and, your getting more heavily into daily prayer (more times a day than just mostly mornings) when something bad happened in your life is a great witness to Christians to realize that out of hard things God makes things so much easier and better for us when the trial is through as we realize leaning on Him in more prayer CHANGEs our life, and, good things sprout like a reinvigorated prayer life you said happened to you after your trial. I am glad of your faith, Lizzy...., you are inspiration to others (you too, Zoe...) :), as you said, Lizzy..., from prayer your life is a'much better' living situation.

Gr-rr-eat encouragement to others, ladies, God bless you both for your continued lives led as He leads :)
