How do i minister to someone who has been harbouring unforgiveness, and hatred for anothers

In this case, try not to be patronizing.
People with bitterness tends to reject everything, build walls, and shut down..
Extreme patience is needed but at the same time you need to know why exactly they go bitter that way.

Don't assume that you know 100% what's going on inside of this person's head and certainly don't act that way.
You also need some protection as bitterness tends to bring down other people as well.
You need to be understanding at the same time be firm.

Most of all, you need prayers and understand at the end of the day only God can kick away that much hatred inside his/her heart.

I agree with Dodolah. He gave some good points and advice and I think if you follow them you should be able to make some head way in the situation.

These people need ears to listen to them. You don't have to say anything at times just listen and accept all their whines..
