Ok... let's say that you are a christian today and you got into a time machine and traveled back in time to the Old Testament time before Jesus was born and lived the rest of your life out there. When you die, where would you go? Jesus didnt die for your sins yet. Would u go to that Sheol holding tank place or would your eternity fall under the New Testament law?

The righteous will live by faith. Salvation has always been about our faith in The Savoir. His work on the cross paid for everything past, present and future for whosoever has faith in Him from past, present or future. Those who have faith is God are not subject to the power of the Law, for it only has power unto death and to act as a school master, leading to Christ. David showed this when he ate the priests food even though it was unlawful, Elijah was taken up in a fiery chariot... so we see that God is not restrained even by our perception of time. The righteous will live by faith.

if that were possible,i think, your concious would have to be your guide, because if you were living in the old testament and you were aware that you had been in a time machine you would know that you could not please God in the flesh.you would have to hope for God to help you because you would not be able to save yourself, and you would know that the Holiest place was talking about the LORD,and that he would save you, through faith.

if you were not aware of how you got there(some kind of loss of memory)then you would have to mix the law of God with faith, but you would go to sheol.

Jesus taught us to do two things: Love the Lord our God with all our hearts, minds, and souls, and love our neighbors as ourselves. If we did that, I think we would be fine.
