I am glad you decided to hurt me
Because then I learnt of the One who would bandage me

I am glad I fell down
Because then I knew who was the only One who could pick me up


I am glad that I feel pain
Because then I know that there's a time when there will be none


I am glad, so glad that I have you God
Because then all these things I can face them, only through You


I am glad that one day my body will die
Because then I could have You, Eternal Life, Eternal Peace, Eternal Rest.
