Remain In Me And You Will Bear Much Fruit,
A branch is part of the tree and is the tree so Jesus is
qualifying us to be Him in essence. When we remain
in Him, there is no separation from Him. Actually that
comes up a few times in scripture; God is in us and we
are in Him. So what does it mean He is in us. It means
we have surrendered completely to Him. We have put
on His will and relinquished our flesh and we now have
a new life. All that we are and all that we do comes
from our hearts as we are one with the entire trinity. So
it is the time to savor all that He has given us and keeps
giving us. We are not or ever will be ashamed of Christ.
If our branch breaks off, we are no longer a part of Him.
So our part is to be totally consumed in Him. We are a
part of the tree and are the tree.
