The evil of the world, won't tear us apart
Thank You Lord , for patience with me
Tough were the lessons, to make me see
i was lost in the world , filled with sin
i asked for forgiveness , You put the spirit within
Your love is great, love i don't deserve
i come to You humble, ready to serve

i feel so dumb , for waiting so long
i thought i was smart, Lord was i wrong
As i read the word ,from You Lord
my salvation , i can not afford
Thank You Jesus, You died for me
i can not wait, to be with thee
i love Your word, i learn each day
Thank You God, showing me the way
You took my worry,about world events
The peace within, is Heaven sent
Thank You God, You are the best
Without You, i had no rest
