I'm a nurse from Philippines. Finding a job here is difficult but all thing are possible with God. I need prayers. Please back me up with prayers because I want to work into the hospital as soon as I finish my contract at the community. Thank you and God bless.

Of course we "need" to define the word "need". ... There is a common misconception in scripture that we "need" to have a job. Please understand that that is much different than needing to work. Since you are posting on a Christian forum I want to encourage you to never seek 'both' God's kingdom 'and' a job. To do so will split your affections and divide your attentions exactly the way the prince of this world wants to divide them.

I wrote a bunch of other thoughts on this subject a few months ago. And I do pray that God will never see your needs for food and clothing go unmet. I pray that same prayer for myself and my own family. However I consider the prayer that we will both seek God's Kingdom and his righteousness exclusive of anything else to be something to be a more important need for the both of us and our families.
 
Lord, You are our provider. Have mercy on all those who are looking for work. Too many people had been hurt by financial problems..Open doors for her Lord. Come into her life and give her opportunities for new beginnings. Give her faith to believe in Your mighty works. Strengthen her by Your Holy Spirit and help her to source strength from You to continue her life with faith and perseverance..
