Sorry you got kicked out of school for 1500. Sometimes things happen a different way than what we've been praying for, but just keep trusting in God. Remember to "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding;in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight" (Proverbs 3:5-6). Seek God first, and everything will work out. Don't worry, but believe he has a good future for you no matter what. Let God's spirit guide you. It says in John 16:13 "But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all the truth. He will not speak on his own; he will speak only what he hears, and he will tell you what is yet to come." I'm praying for you!

Oh don't worry if you don't know how to pray. Just talk to God naturally. He knows your heart as it says in 1 Samuel 16:7. Don't worry about anything. He loves you and has paid for your sins. He wants a relationship with you just as similar as any other relationship you have with friends/family. You don't have to have special words to speak to him. Like you said, just believe. Mark 11:22-24 says "And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God.For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them." So just pray and believe.

Many times the most effective prayer is simply groaning..."Oh God...".
Romans 8:26: "In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groans that words cannot express."
Talk to God as if He is a person in the same room with you. You may feel silly at first but it gets easier. He really wants a personal relationship with you and to have conversation. Do you know Jesus as your savior? If not, this is a good time to start....After we invite Him into our hearts, He becomes our intercessor before the throne. Read the gospels...Matthew is very good at describing Christ and what He has done for us.
