Deliberately inducing an abortion or miscarriage by artificial means, by the use of drugs, or by a medical procedure for the sole purpose of avoiding the birth of an unwanted baby, is an act of high crime in the sight of God. Life as a precious gift from God is sacred. Hence, God's law to Moses protected the life of an unborn baby against more than criminal abortion. If, in a fracas or fisticuffs between men, a pregnant woman suffered an accident fatal to her or the child, "then you must give soul for soul." (Exodus 21:22-25). Of course, before applying that penalty, the circumstances and degree of deliberateness were taken into consideration by the judges (Compare Numbers 35:22-24 and verse 31).
Emphasizing the seriousness of any deliberate attempt to cause injury to an unborn baby, Dr. J Glenn comments: "The viable embryo in the uterus IS a human individual, and therefore destroying it is a violation of the sixth commandment."-----The Bible and Modern Medicine, 1963, page 176.

Fornication and adultery will produce unwanted pregnancies. Those to two ungodly, immoral acts are condemned by the Bible because they not only produce unwanted pregnancies, but homes, marriages, and friendships can be destroyed.

Not correct according to most traditional readings of the bible. A miscarriage only ever resulted in a fine. The injury where the stricture of "an eye for an eye" applied was to the woman.

Most abortions are carried out by pagans on pagans who are separated from biblical law. It's best for Christians not to judge pagans on this point even though their actions can seem deplorable. In any event the population situation in China and India is quite critical. There is getting to be no more room for the 1.4billion & 1.3 billion populations and abortions can be justified on the basis of necessity. However abortion is dangerous because it creates sex imbalances, because most parents want at least one son, so victims of abortion tend to be mainly female. This is also being seen in China and India. Severe legal restrictions on abortion providers rigorously enforced is what is required.

Adults consume more resources than babies. Would you support a law passing that would allow a Chinese or Indian immigrant to replace you in the UK after you volunteered to be aborted? That's another solution, those in favor of abortion for population control could volunteer themselves instead of the aborted babies.

I kind of doubt that many Christians would disagree with the basic premise of this post.

Who might you be looking for who would disagree?

It resulted in a fine if it was a premature birth. Death if there was a stillborn.

Here, let me help you out................

1st Corinthians 6:18) Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body.

Since this Scripture was part of the Title of the OP, thought maybe it should actually be in the OP?

As to the last paragraph of the OP, yes, it is true that fornication and adultery may well produce unwanted pregnancies. So will RAPE...........whatcha do about that one?
