Here is the real reason you can lose your salvation. Matthew; 12;43-44-45 which is in reference to a person being born again.God has cleaned that person's soul of all sin and any demons. i believe all that are not saved have some form of demon in them. once the spirit has been clean and demons tossed out, it is now empty. In order for these demons to not move back in ,you must be baptized with the holy spirit, and that is your new occupant. because the demons will return. when they come and see the house occupied they cannot and will not move back in,because you now have a holy spirit in you instead of a demonic spirit.

Hi Gabriel - "......and this life is in His Son...........he who does not have the Son of God does not have life." ( or, "Hath" life; and "Hath not" life), which means 'presently occupying'. If we are in Christ then, we presently occupy life no matter what, but if we are not in Christ, by choice, we are presently occupying death no matter what.

Those outside of Christ are of the essence of Sin. Sin is not a verb here, that would be the particulars of Sin; called sins. But Sin is a noun; the entity of the anti-god spirit; namely satan in relationship to man, known to God as the devil.

There is no emptiness period, only a
transferal process. You are either in Christ, or you are not - no middle ground.

The Holy Spirit is with you the second you ask the Lord into your life, but baptism is about you moving into that realization of things done by Jesus before you on the Cross that involved you...it shows an oath to going His way over the old way.

But your last part is right, when they see you, as you remain in Christ, they know their place and move onward for they have lost and He has won. It is finished. But this we must do, remaining in Him and having His victory our own, we understand it is only because we are in His victory, thus we can never leave Him and choose to walk away. It is not about one sin, it is about a choice of moving away from being in Christ over a number of "No's" to Jesus drawing all men to Himself by way of the finishing work of the Spirit. The work is done toward victory, and victory is in Christ, we need to stay in the same position that victory rests in, or we still can choose to leave that position..
