In the Image of the Father, the Son and the Spirit
The generosity and goodness of God
Creating good, God created the light, the animals, the world and
made man in His image and likeness
He loved, creating Eve because of lonely Adam
His freely open eternal hand of love for us allowed sin
Tarnished and ruined the image by sin He justly cast us out of paradise
…………..but the infinite love of God, still loved His creature, man
For God so loved the world He sent His only son to give us a Way to Him
For God still loved us men that in His image and gift of creating children He gave,
What pleasure He has in His children that loves Him
What pleasure His children have because of the gift of creation He has given us
He lovingly disciplines and teaches us and we raise and discipline and love our children
What pleasure we have because we can love these children and they love us, even that a mirror!
Please Lord, take great pleasure in us Your children that loves You, but even so…
How is it possible to thank you enough and love you enough our God the giver to us of all that is good?
