People make the mistake of trying to separate them selves from history.

They think that because these events happened so long ago, that they have no bearing on what's happening today.

Had not the depression of 1929 happened, we would not have the safeguards in place today to prevent the devastation of an economic crash. Our recent economic crash called Black Tuesday was nothing compared to the crash of 1929.

Had not Jesus died on the cross some 2000yrs. ago, there would be no such thing as faith in God and repentance from sin. People would still be getting stoned to death on the spot for transgressing God's law.

So, what happened in the past has an effect on us today and the one thing that happened in the past that has a profound effect on us is man's [FONT=Times New Roman,Times New Roman][FONT=Times New Roman,Times New Roman]iniquity[/FONT][/FONT].

In the days of Adam, his [FONT=Times New Roman,Times New Roman][FONT=Times New Roman,Times New Roman]iniquity [/FONT][/FONT]brought death to himself and all mankind.

"Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:" (Romans 5:12)

In the days of Noah, God destroyed man from the face of the earth because of his wickedness (iniquity).

GEN 6
5 And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.
6 And it repented the Lord that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart.

Then maybe I should not work the iniquity despite some say we will always work iniquity. Maybe they work the iniquity by just saying that curse on us! Read Matthew 7 and see even miricle workers that still sin is also.... GO AWAY FROM ME...

what you quoted is one of the scariest verses in the bible and some of the most scariest words to proceeds from God's mouth

these people believed that they were serving God correctly

these people had to wait to JUDGEMENT day to find out that they served God wrong.

to hear the words depart from ye worker of Iniquity is the most heart breaking words to hear from GOD!

you wont hear thise words as long as you obey every word that proceeds from the mouth of Jesus

thats a promise

Jesus was speaking to some of the Jews that believed in him and he told them that,

"If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; and ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

They in turn told Jesus that they were Abraham's seed and that they were in bondage to no man.

(Even though at this time the Romans were in control of Jerusalem and Herod the Idumeaen was the ruler).

Before Satan became known as the Devil, his name was Lucifer, which means light bearer.

He was the Angel in charge of bringing God's truth.

The prophet Isaiah asked this question of Lucifer,

Yes, God is waiting patiently for mankind to wake up and repent, we were born with choice and ability, we are not robots, but free moral agents, many will choose the wide road to destruction!

Heb 3:14 For we are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence stedfast unto the end;​
Heb 3:15 While it is said, Today if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts, as in the provocation.​
How do we remain partakers (partner’s with) Christ? Many will say we do nothing as in working out or remaining IN Christ, they will say once you receive Him, you are secure and nothing can break that partnership.
But as in all of the teachings of Christ, I fail to see where He omits the TO DO part, which points to us and our ability to answer the call. It’s all about choice, and many scriptures include IF, which means IF we do or don’t, there are consequences.
He commands His followers to hold to the beginning of our confidence in His power over sin, corruption and the world, and then remain steadfast (stand firm and sure) all the way to the end, which is another command that must be fulfilled in us, NOT in Christ, as to why would He command His sheep to DO these things if He already did them for us?
Then He goes on to say, today is the day, hear His voice and truth, do not harden your heart, which can only come from the false message being propagated today, teaching you come IN your sins, stay IN your sins or do them less and you gradually sin less, thus hardening the heart more and more because sin is a substance in the flesh and not a high crime against God! Then real repentance and faith, which purifies the heart, producing a clean and pure vessel now broken and ready to follow Christ and His word in all humility and subjection, is a good thing to do, but not mandatory as stressed by God!

Amen, we were motivated to sin, and do not approve of the works of the devil, but approve of the works of God, and do those approved works which are not our own creation. To God be all the glory for any good and perfect gift, even the ability to experience and give Love as much as is possible by the will of The Father. I am refreshed to see many pointing fingers at the devil, cause that's who we should be pointing fingers at.

King James Version Matthew 16:23 23 But he turned, and said unto Peter, Get thee behind me, Satan: thou art an offence unto me: for thou savourest not the things that be of God, but those that be of men.

The evil motivator gets the blame, amen, and we have been forgiven much, so we love much. This above scripture is after:

So, if you could please clarify, where is Satan at this present time?

Is he (and the rest of the evil angels) confined to the earth, or is he still in the Heavenly places with access to the Throne of God in Heaven and the earth, or some other scenario?
