He was asked to give the general concepts of 1 amendment, He claimed stupidity! That is not an acceptable excuse.
NO wonder those who whip us as taxation task masters as of the old Egyptian executioners of Pharos are willing to be zealous and out of their minds is because they do not love it (the constitution), want it, pay attention to it, believe it, OR EVEN KNOW WHAT IS IN IT. Therefore you can destroy others at your will (no restraints) you can hate others by preferring your ideas which trample upon others and their rights ruin them financially because you and your agency are superior and more powerful than anything else and any citizen. This is the mentality of rebellion destruction lawlessness, delusional, disrespect of mankind, prideful, arrogant. He had no shame or mien capable of reproof, remorse, self respect, moral awareness, right and wrong but of a seared conscious, haughty, high minded etc. etc. The IRS must be dismantled and replaced with a straight flat tax 5-10% or this nation will be destroyed by such as the IRS' and governmental mien as such that is waxing worse and hardened to the degree of gross tyranny.
