I think Paul was preventing fornication (common nowadays), but you should get married if you love the person and are willing to commit to that person. You must not have sex before marriage if you really loves the Lord and follows His Commands... My commitment is to obey God and I can do all things through Christwho strengthens me. Sadly, many singles are not obeying.
