What other type of paying jobs are in the Church other than Administration, pastor, cook, counselor or janitor? I'm talking about a paying career. I'm just looking for alternatives for a career choice. Originally I wanted to go into law enforcement, but I'm praying for other alternatives just in case law enforcement doesn't work out for me.

I don’t think the type of job you’re talking about would pay very well, though I am no expert on the subject. Think about getting into the ministry.

By going into the ministry, you mean becoming a pastor? I've thought about it before but I don't think that's right for me. In my opinion I'd find it an honor if I ever was a pastor, but I'm not sure if my personality fits.

Yes, I meant being a pastor. Pastors have all kinds of different personalities. Be an example-setter.

Lecrae,
If your first inclination is law enforcement, become a Christian police officer (or crime scene investigator, or forensic scientist). You can reflect your faith in any profession you choose to pursue. The world probably needs more Christian cops right now than church employees. :)
Good luck and God bless your decision.

My main focus will still be law enforcement, but it's always good to have a fall back plan just in case something doesn't go right. I especially need it if I want to become a cop because it is pretty hard to become a cop these days because of the competition of positions, the academy, and because of the written and oral exams. Not to mention mental evaluation, physical evaluation, criminal history (this I won't have trouble with), leadership, and job experience.
