John 3:18-3:21;
3:18} He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he
that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath
not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
{3:19} And this is the condemnation, that light is come into
the world, and men loved darkness rather than light,
because their deeds were evil. {3:20} For every one that
doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest
his deeds should be reproved. {3:21} But he that doeth truth
cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest,
that they are wrought in God.
We see here that if they do not believe in Jesus Christ they are condemned. Then I believe, that when we witness to them, if they confess and say, they do not believe, then are witness ends there.
I forget what the scripture it is, but says, you witness to them, but they do not listen to the gospel of Jesus Christ, about him dying for our sins and rising again, then the witness ends there. Because it must begin with that. It in NT of bible, but I don't know where.
It also means they are lying about it. The reason they have chosen to not believe is written right there, John 3:20-21
Matthew 12:31-12:37
{12:31} Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and
blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy
[against] the [Holy] Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men.
{12:32} And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of
man, it shall be forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh
against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither
in this world, neither in the [world] to come. {12:33} Either
make the tree good, and his fruit good; or else make the tree
corrupt, and his fruit corrupt: for the tree is known by [his]
fruit. {12:34} O generation of vipers, how can ye, being
evil, speak good things? for out of the abundance of the
heart the mouth speaketh. {12:35} A good man out of the
good treasure of the heart bringeth forth good things: and an
evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth evil things.
{12:36} But I say unto you, That every idle word that men
shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of
judgment. {12:37} For by thy words thou shalt be justified,
and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.
I believe by this scripture they can repent and be saved, unless, the one we all fear most.
