I am studying and preparing for a presentation that I will present at my Sukkot fellowship. I have started with Malachi 4:4-6,
Mal 4:4 Remember ye the law of Moses my servant, which I commanded unto him in Horeb for all Israel, with the statutes and judgments.
Mal 4:5 Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the LORD:
Mal 4:6 And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse.

First, there is a hint that something within the Torah (ie. law of Moses) that we are to remember. My understanding has led me to dwell on Leviticus 25 starting at verse 8 regarding the Jubilee.

The Year of Jubilee
Lev 25:8 And thou shalt number seven sabbaths of years unto thee, seven times seven years; and the space of the seven sabbaths of years shall be unto thee forty and nine years.
Lev 25:9 Then shalt thou cause the trumpet of the jubile to sound on the tenth day of the seventh month, in the day of atonement shall ye make the trumpet sound throughout all your land.
Lev 25:10 And ye shall hallow the fiftieth year, and proclaim liberty throughout all the land unto all the inhabitants thereof: it shall be a jubile unto you; and ye shall return every man unto his possession, and ye shall return every man unto his family.
Lev 25:11 A jubile shall that fiftieth year be unto you: ye shall not sow, neither reap that which groweth of itself in it, nor gather the grapes in it of thy vine undressed.
Lev 25:12 For it is the jubile; it shall be holy unto you: ye shall eat the increase thereof out of the field.
Lev 25:13 In the year of this jubile ye shall return every man unto his possession.
Lev 25:14 And if thou sell ought unto thy neighbour, or buyest ought of thy neighbour's hand, ye shall not oppress one another:
Lev 25:15 According to the number of years after the jubile thou shalt buy of thy neighbour, and according unto the number of years of the fruits he shall sell unto thee:
Lev 25:16 According to the multitude of years thou shalt increase the price thereof, and according to the fewness of years thou shalt diminish the price of it: for according to the number of the years of the fruits doth he sell unto thee.
Lev 25:17 Ye shall not therefore oppress one another; but thou shalt fear thy God: for I am the LORD your God.
Lev 25:18 Wherefore ye shall do my statutes, and keep my judgments, and do them; and ye shall dwell in the land in safety.
Lev 25:19 And the land shall yield her fruit, and ye shall eat your fill, and dwell therein in safety.
Lev 25:20 And if ye shall say, What shall we eat the seventh year? behold, we shall not sow, nor gather in our increase:
Lev 25:21 Then I will command my blessing upon you in the sixth year, and it shall bring forth fruit for three years.
Lev 25:22 And ye shall sow the eighth year, and eat yet of old fruit until the ninth year; until her fruits come in ye shall eat of the old store.

Each year on the Day of Atonement (Yom Kippur) we are told to afflict our souls (ie fasting).

Here is my conundrum, is that in the Jubilee year on the day of atonement, is a joyous time, a time of restitution, restoration and a clearing of all debts. Tribes and clans gather in their appointed land and each family is brought back together. However, there is a caveat that only the righteous will be part of this celebration, because the unrighteous will not dwell in the land safely.

I believe Yehovah does not change and the instructions to the children of Israel (ie Jacob) does not change, as we are told that we can neither add to or take away from the Law (ie Torah). (Malachi 3:6 - For I am the LORD, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed.)

Again, my question is there a reference to the Jubilee and Day of Atonement that states the law to afflict your souls on the Day of Atonement stands firm even in this joyous celebration? Are we to forever regret the Ten Spies bad report and their lack of faith to enter the Promised Land on that 50th Jubilee in history?

I look forward to the end of the Tribulation and Great Tribulation and resurrecting and living in the land safely. I believe this is what is meant by Malachi 3:6 "and ye sons of Jacob are not consumed." Regarding a Rapture, that will be at Shavuot, the wheat is taken into the barn and the tares (chaff) are burned up. Malachi 4:1 For, behold, the day cometh, that shall burn as an oven; and all the proud, yea, and all that do wickedly, shall be stubble: and the day that cometh shall burn them up, saith the LORD of hosts, that it shall leave them neither root nor branch. Malachi 4:3 And ye shall tread down the wicked; for they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet in the day that I shall do this, saith the LORD of hosts.

God himself, in risen Son, is the Jubilee to me. The winner over it all for all to choose to believe God is Love for us all. for me at least.
1 Cor 13:13. God imputes in each child that sincerely believes God 1 Cor 13:4-7. Once, that is done by God for us each that have or will choose to believe God loves us all. That, Son in the one time willing death took it all upon himself to reconcile us all first in the first birth of any flesh and blood (2 Cor 5:17-20). Then gives us new life of love, (God's Spirit and Truth, Holy Spirit) which can keep us each in our youth and love all the same as God did first through Son for us all, by willingly going to that cross first. Nevertheless, not my will Father, your will, thank you
Will that be easy? Was it for Jesus? Each person knows this truth within themselves
Romans 8:16
The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:

Once one, anyone gets revealed this by God, there is no more hope, and there is no more sin to get in, by God for us
Amazing truth from God to us all, thank you Father
