The Assyrian empire is no more. History.

Then what is this:

Isaiah 14
25> That i will break the Assyrian in My land, and upon My mountains tread him under foot. Then shall his yoke depart from off them, and his burden depart from off their shoulders.
26> This is the purpose that is purposed upon the whole earth, and this is the hand that is stretched out upon all the nations.

Assyria of history did not have the whole earth under her yoke.
God said the whole earth. He knows what such a statement means. It means the whole earth.
And when He says, all the nations, God knows every nation, tribe, peoples on this planet, so when He says all nations, He means all nations.
So the argument of, Oh, it means the whole earth as in "the known earth" to the Assyrians...that does not do and is a weak argument (the flood argument).
It is not "the known earth" to the Assyrians, but the known earth to God. It is not all the known nations to the Assyrians, but all known nations to God.
So what is God saying? There is more to this than history.
WHOLE EARTH..ALL NATIONS.
All nations means EVERY NATION. All of them.
Whole earth means PLANET earth. The whole globe.
History does not fulfill this at all. Not by a long shot.

The Assyrian (king) was not broken upon Gods mountains.
Instead, the Assyrian (king) was killed in his own land.
In his god Dagon's temple. Killed by his two sons.
And the Assyrians were not defeated in Israel.
Her armies were not tread under foot on Gods mountains.
Her yoke did not end that day. Her yoke on ALL PEOPLES..ALL NATIONS.
Yes, as God said...ALL NATIONS.
She suffered loss at the hands of the angels that slayed thousands in their camp, yes, but this did not undo her empire at all.
She had many many more troops.
Remember the boast concerning the numbers of troops Assyria could muster?
Remember the army sent against Israel was under one captain?
One captain of many captains who also had great armies.
So the loss at the hands of the angels was easily replaced.
It was just one army of many.
NO, this is unfulfilled. No doubt for a second.
Ignore the historians who overlook these logical points.
Academic is not Spirit. Spirit reveals what academic can not.

When God prophesies, it always unfolds just as He speaks it.
This prophecy does not match the above events.

So therefore we only have two options to accept:
#1> God made a mistake.
#2> It is unfulfilled.

God does not make mistakes. So #1 is out.
So it must be #2, which means it is unfulfilled.
So we must seek out who this Assyrian is. And not only him, but who God means when we find Assyria mentioned in a future theme also. God is using metaphors. Our job is to seek. And those who seek...seek for the right reasons...find.

When God mentions the Assyrian, take note. Read very carefully and very very slowly.
When God mentions Assyria, we must take note also. It all has deeper meaning.
And nearly all modern bibles have changed the Assyrian to read the Assyrians . BIG MISTAKE. Because of this, the individual Assyrian becomes the nation Assyrians, prophetic meaning is undone and impossible to decipher and divide with discernment.
This is Satans doing. divide, divide, divide. Alter, alter, alter. Confuse, confuse, confuse. Conquer, conquer, conquer.

This is a good prophesy that has not been mentioned on here.
