I believe I have received sufficient help on here but I would like to make a statement also.

To those that turn and make false judgments such as having too high expectations or something to that affect. I don't believe that not wanting to be abused by your husband is a too high expectation.

I was not talking about issues like leaving your socks on the floor or not closing cupboards or drawers. Everyone has faults and most of them can be worked on or overlooked.

However, what I was referring to was emotional abuse.

People that are being abused by their husbands in any way shape or form really don't need to be told that they should not have any expectations regarding their husbands. That is a recipe for disaster.

I wasn't part of the earlier discussion, but a person can only take so much, and then they have to speak out or take action.

You both continue in my prayers in Jesus.
Sometime the sorrows held deeply hidden in the heart, only Jesus can heal.
The hope of healing in Jesus, is never too much to hope for.

God bless
