I just want to thank the Lord just because He is worthy. He is good and faithful. He's been a constant friend to me throughout my life. These past few months he's been showing me that he's always been enough for me. I'm so thankful that I can lean on him.
 
I also testify to this. these past months have been rough for me yet when i seek him I always find him in the most profound ways.
I actually have been needing to go on walks a lot more than normal because i needed to be with him and i needed to talk with him, life can so hard and confusing and there have been so many storms going on inside me yet on my walks i find him every time and he always gives me hope in the midst of my darkest storms and all it takes is to walk with him.

I've been having to do the same thing brother, but He is always faithful. A little while back when I was struggling with things, a song was sung at my church that reminded me of how faithful he has been throughout my life. Even before I surrendered and gave my heart and life to him, he was faithful to me. Sometimes we tend to forget that because we put our focus on the storms instead of the one who has the power to calm them.

these storms are necessary because he is training us to look at him not the storm that is surrounding us

Right. Sometimes the storms are used as a reminder of how much we truly need him. We can't sail through the storm on our own. There are times when we make our storms bigger than what they really are and he just calms us. At other times he'll give us peace while the storm runs it course.
