Hey guys!

so this has been on my mind and I feel very convicted.
I'm really the only Christian in my group of friends. I'm from Europe and when we go out to college parties etc, it's a pretty regular thing to just start making out with a random guy you just met. I used to think this was so wrong and trashy, and even though a lot of guys would be flirting trying to get with me, I'd brush them off.
I got tired of doing this after a while and was really curious to see what it was like, so I made out with a guy I had just met and was talking to for the night.

Ever since then, It's become a habit, I love the feeling of being close with a guy, being liked and wanted.
I would never have a one night stand with anybody cause I'm saving myself for marraige.

But what's you guys' opinion of kissing guys who you aren't in a relationship with?? Is it sinful???

completely sinful! ur body is the Holy Spirit temple! u cant just kiss someone that u dont know, its horrible, it seems that u dont value urself... i really dont agree with ur action, I believe we have to wait wat God has for our lives and do not kiss or make out with anyone! starts with a kiss and in some months u may be already in sexual realion... and it will be hard to stop... if i could give u some advice, i would tell u to stop it js right now! if u have to stop going to that king of parties u go, its better, read ur bible, God is going to talk in ur heart,

Ruby: I know it feels like you're liked and wanted when a guy kisses you and is close to you. But it's all an illusion of closeness. The only thing a guy who's known you all of one evening really likes is the way you'll look after he gets you out of those clothes.

You're setting yourself up for hurt, honestly. There are a million things that can go wrong in a scenario like that.

I'd say to save your kisses for a guy who deserves to be kissed. He's out there.

In everything we do we should acknowledge our ever present God. You know the answer to that question. If you are about to kiss a stranger and you could invite God in the midst and sense his approval; you will know if that is a practice you should continue.....

Further, if you continue to put yourself in an environment where the standards are opposite to God's, you will become seduced by that environment...The bible said " Flee form the very appearance of evil. If you don't need to be in frat parties or at least have the authority of evangelism; try to avoid them

Christ went to parties, but He was always in control of His environment. If He wasn't fulfilling His purpose ( ministering through teaching, healing etc) He would move on. He is our example

Love you ... pray that it helps

I think she said it perfectly. Those men are looking for a "lust high" and you're their drug. It's not about anything beautiful and precious like it would be with true love.

Definitely sinful. It's nothing short of lust. You are using other people to satisfy yourself and being used by them. It's completely wrong.

u feel wanted...means you were thinking of sex....so yeah it is

i personally think that kissing is a very intimate thing , not even boyfriend/girlfriend should do it , it's something that leads to something else. though you may not go ahead , it's the start of it. and to have something intimate with someone else , to give of yourself in that way as in becoming one, is something reserved for ...marriage.
to feel or want to be accepted by the world is an illusion, who says who you really are and what your real value is is God.
to your group of friends it might be a regular thing to kiss anyone because they have a sinful lifestyle but we are in the world , we are not of the world , broad is the way to destruction and narrow is the road to life

I don't think you have sinned it's a natural thing to be curious and I think that you should live your life while you can. You haven't cheapened yourself by doing what you did and i think that you can only be truley certain of the life we are currently living so enjoy it in a way you desire as long as you don't harm anyone in the process.Be proud and enjoy it, don't live by someones rules who you can't be certain exists.

It's not only sinful, but its the number one cause of rancid breath!

The Bible does not say whether kissing strangers is sinful directly. But sexual immorality is a sin that is spoken about in several places throughout the text. And it is a sin to display "the appearance of evil.(1 Thessalonians 5:22)" As salt and light of this world Jesus called us to be salty and shine brightly (Matthew 5:13-16). You can go along with the crowd, or you can stand up for the name of Christ and the Kingdom of God as your highest calling.

Think about it. There are two choices:

1. one that feels good and could be evil

2. one that you know is good

Which one is better to you. Pray about this with God please. You need to decide for yourself which one is treating God better. Let yourself pray now before you keep reading...

I think we both understand the answer now. Don't deceive your own heart with false confusion any longer.
